Founded in 2010 in the small town of La Nou de Gaià on Catalonia's Mediterranean coast, winemaker Moisès Virgili Rovira tends 38 hectares of vineyards organically and biodynamically.
A fourth-generation family farm in the rolling hills of Penedès Montserratí, led by Rubén Parera. Certified organic and biodynamic, the 22-hectare farm produces wines without sulfites, additives, or filtration.
